The debtor dashboard has enabled real-time reporting and review of debtors by summarising all relevant information required to keep a close eye on significant debtor balances and also assists in ensuring direct debit plans are maintained. The Foundation for Australia’s Most Endangered Species Ltd engaged Precision Management to complete a review of our financial operations, including roles, processes, procedures and systems to ensure the organisation remained operationally agile.

When we first began our business we decided to use spreadsheets for our accounting and we only saw financial information from our tax accountant once a year. We then moved to a simple MYOB system, however we struggled to keep up with the manual processing.
